Reservations & Payment

 

Please contact us via phone or email to book your rentals. Steeped & Styled requires a deposit of 50% to lock in and hold your reservation date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before delivery or pickup date.

 

If an item you reserve becomes unavailable due to loss or damage prior to your rental, we will contact you and make every attempt at substituting with an item of equal or greater value.

Accepted payments: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal. Checks are only accepted by businesses & non-profit organizations. Also, a credit card is required to keep on file in case of loss or damage. All returned checks are subject to a return check fee of $40.

Cancellation of Reservation

 

Steeped & Styled allows up to 30 days before reservation date to be cancelled with a full refund of your deposit. Orders cancelled less than 30 days before reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of total invoice. Orders cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice. Orders cancelled within 7 days of reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice.

 

Refunds

 

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made within 3-5 business days of cancellation and will be returned the same way payment was made.​ If paid with credit card, 4% of total payment is non-refundable. Refunds are not given for unused items.

​Damaged /Lost Items

 

The renter is responsible for the replacement value in case of loss or damage of items while in their possession. A replacement fee list will be sent with quote. The renter is responsible for returning any rental items that were not packed up for delivery. Tea items must be protected from disappearance and shielded from bad weather.

 

​Set Up & Breakdown

 

We are happy to set up your tables for the perfect tea party and pack everything back up. However, you are responsible for the removal of food and liquids from all rented items. Do not put wash or put dishes into dishwasher.

 

Additional Fees

 

There will be delivery charge based on location. Delivery charge covers gas, loading & unloading and mileage. There is a $300.00 rental minimum to travel over a 60 miles radius from our location.
